Threaded Elbow

Threaded elbow are forge fittings with internal threads to connect external threaded pipes. This type elbow is available in 90 degree and 45 degree and fixed radius as well as socket weld elbows. Butt weld elbows are supplied in more degree and radius.

Zizi supplies different threads elbows, most of them are NPT Elbow, BSPP Elbow and BSPT Elbow. We also offer other types like GI Elbow and PT Elbow as customer requirements. The dimension can be customized as well.

Inspection of High Pressure Threaded Fittings​

• Visual the surface. Such as dents, die marks, porosity, undercuts.
• Check the marking. It should be clear, correct and beautiful.
• Measure the size. Such as diameter, thickness, height of end to end.
• Check the thread with go/no go gauge.
